To be considered eligible for legal services, the member must fulfill one of the following criteria:
What Is Covered?
1. One will or codicil per calendar year
2. Representation for the sale and purchase of a principal and primary residence within the Plan’s geographic area
3. One power of attorney per calendar year
4. One deed transfer per
calendar year
5. Four (4) hours of consultation per year
