Retiree Legal Services Benefits

To be considered eligible for legal services, the member must fulfill the following criteria:

•  must be at least fifty-five (55) years of age and
•  the combination of the retiree’s present age and years of School District service must be at least sixty-five (65).

What Is Covered?

1. One will or codicil per calendar year

2. Representation for the sale and purchase of a principal and primary residence within the Plan’s geographic area

3. One power of attorney per calendar year

4. One deed transfer per calendar year

5. Four (4) hours of consultation per year
